The recipe worked out perfectly into light and soft dough that I quickly wrapped up in plastic wrap and put into the fridge until I was ready to make up the pizzas at dinner. It took about an hour and a half to make up in the bread maker which was perfect to do during naptime. It made two 13" pizzas (I measured so I can say with authority how big they were!) that were rolled out pretty thin.
When I baked the pizza it smelled amazing and the dough rose up so nicely! I am so glad that I took the two minutes to throw all the ingredients into the bread maker because we had the most delicious dinner. And a huge amount of leftovers :) so thrilled to have lunches for the next few days (and if I was Steph it would be breakfasts too haha!)
Okay I would type out the recipe, but I'm very lazy at the moment so I will share the picture I snapped out of the cookbook :) next time we are completely trying it with beer - I know it sounds a little strange but I think it could be amazingly good.
