Banana Oat Cookie Bites!

Have a little one that loves bananas? Don't have a ton of time to make a batch of cookies? Looking for a healthy treat? Look no further!

I saw this on Pinterest and had to try it!! Head over here to check out their original post - it is fabulous! These cookies would be a wonderful "breakfast cookie" or toddler snack. Actually a snack for people of all ages but very toddler appropriate!

Two Ingredient Cookies
The Burlap Bag - Made 20 teeny cookies

Ingredients
2 ripe Bananas
1 cup quick oats
Optional: To make these cookies even more awesome add in things like chocolate chips, walnuts, coconut, or a teeny bit of brown sugar!

Lets make it!

Mash together your bananas and oats. And then - Oh wait! That is it!
Haha okay, you then can mix in your extras, and scoop out onto pan.

Next time I will flatten my cookies out a bit more because the inside was still a little mushy. Which was actually tasty but turned out to be messier than needed.

Jack really enjoyed these little bite sized cookies. When we went to get them out of the oven they smelled delicious and he even said "banana!!"

Quick, simple, healthy and versatile! Get on it - they're great!
