Beginning a Busy Book!

After cruising Pinterest I found a LOT of great ideas to create a Busy Book for Jack.

A busy book is a felt or fabric book that contains a bunch of activities to keep a toddler busy and also to help them develop their fine motor skills, learn colours, shapes etc.

Another name for it is a Quiet time book. There are SO many great options online and I hope to create a LARGE book for my class of 2-3 year olds when I return to work in the fall.

Over the next couple days I'm going to scope out some felt, fabric, buttons, buckles and velcro to create these pages for both a big and small book. Cannot wait for a fun summer sewing project!

  2. Haha Well I couldn't resist doing some dollarstore shopping. I am having trouble tracking down felt though. I found a bit at Walmart for a great price but it didn't have very many colours. Thoughts on where I could find more?

  3. You will need to provide the workers' Social Security numbers and your Employer Identification Number (EIN). If you do not have an EIN, you can apply for one from the IRS website.Pdf manuals
